11月30日，经沈阳市外办协调安排，在沈阳市商务局投资促进二处处长岳文飞、沈阳市商务局投资促进二处四级调研员赫英萍等领导陪同下，韩国保健产业振兴院一行5人在院长车淳道的带领下，来到东北国际医院参观访问。

A delegation of five from the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (hereinafter referred to as KHIDI), led by President CHA Sun do, visited Northeast International Hospital (hereinafter referred to as NEIH) on November 30th with the help of the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Shenyang Municipality. They were accompanied by prominent figures such as Mr. Wenfei YUE, Director of the Second Investment Promotion Department of Shenyang Municipal Commerce Bureau, and Ms. Yingping HE, researcher of the department.

韩国保健产业振兴院是韩国医疗健康领域的政府公共事业机构，是以服务韩国医疗健康产业研究开发和企业发展为宗旨、全面致力于提高国民健康水平、发展公众健康事业的职能部门。为促进对韩经贸合作，加快我市与韩国在生命健康领域深化合作，应市商务局邀请，韩国保健产业振兴院来沈交流访问，进行商洽合作。为更多了解沈阳地区大健康领域的发展现状，市商务局将中一东北国际医院作为医疗服务的窗口单位向韩国同行进行了介绍。

The KHIDI is a government-run public healthcare institution In South Korea and is a functional department entirely committed to raising the standard of national health and growing the public health sector. It serves the research and development of the healthcare industry as well as enterprise growth in South Korea. At the request of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the KHIDI traveled to Shenyang for a visit and exchange in order to discuss cooperation, as well as to advance economic and trade relations with South Korea and expedite the development of life and health cooperation between Shenyang City and South Korea. In order to better comprehend Shenyang's large health field's current state of development, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce introduced NEIH as a window unit for medical services to its Korean counterparts.

Accompanied by leaders from China First Mandarin Medical Industry Group and NEIH hospital, the group visited departments such as Radiology Diagnosis Department, Physical Examination Center, Plastic Surgery and Beauty Center, Traditional Chinese Medicine Department, Membership Center and International Medical Department. Subsequently, the two sides had discussions on academic exchanges, international consultations, physical examinations, and medical treatment.

In an effort to further develop the economic and trade exchanges as well as the cooperation between the two sides, Director Wenfei YUE outlined the importance of the exchanges and cooperation with the South Korean side. Mr. Bo YU gave the audience an overview of the NEIH development. Our Korean counterparts were introduced to our worldwide medical collaboration by Mr. Changcheng MA, who chaired a symposium.

车淳道院长介绍了韩国保健产业振兴院的职能及海外部署，对我院在短时间内取得的成就表示敬佩，希望未来能与我院加深了解，建立合作，特别是在国际医疗等方面互相学习，相互促进，取得良好的开端。

President CHA gave an overview of the KHIDI's operations and foreign deployment while expressing gratitude for the NEIH's rapid success. In the future, he aspires to further understanding and build collaboration with NEIH, particularly in the areas of global health care, mutual learning, and advancement, and make a successful beginning.

双方会后建立了联系沟通机制，为下一步的合作奠定了基础。

After the meeting, both parties established a communication mechanism, laying the foundation for the next step of cooperation.
