2023年11月22日，来自马来西亚吉隆坡的Henner保险公司亚洲澳洲医疗网络经理Shereen Koo到访东北国际医院国际医疗部，这也是国际大型保险公司高管首次正式到访我院国际医疗部。

On November 22, 2023, Shereen Koo, the Regional Medical Network Manager Asia Oceanic from Henner Insurance Company (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) paid a visit to the International Medical Department of Northeast International Hospital, marking the first official visit of a senior executive from a large international insurance company to the International Medical Department of  NEIH.

Ms. Shereen Koo was accompanied by the International Medical Department to visit departments such as the Diagnostic Radiology Department, Emergency Medicine Department, Physical Examination Center, Laboratory, and Thoracic Surgery Ward. Ms. Koo answered her questions about international insurance treatment and highly recognized the hospital's equipment, facilities, comprehensive treatment capabilities, and environment.

The two sides then got together for a cordial meeting and talked in-depth on how to properly serve Henner's esteemed clientele. The company's leadership was cordially welcomed to our hospital by Ma Changcheng, Director of the International Medical Department. This visit would greatly enhance the mutual understanding and trust between the two organizations.
