初冬的沈阳，乍暖还寒。10月31日上午，东北国际医院国际医疗部迎来了两位特殊的客人—来自北京的德国大使馆区域卫生官员Dr. Dirk ENGLISCH（英德克博士）及其同事Mike Helmbrecht先生。我院陈昌海副院长、鄂凤文副院长、会员中心主任暨国际医疗部主任马长城代表中一医疗产业集团总裁郭斌热忱欢迎了两位先生的到访，并介绍了中一医疗产业集团的专家、设备、床位等情况，同时也向二位贵宾介绍了医院国际医疗部相关情况。

On the last day of this October, when the Winter season comes, the Northeast International Hospital (hereinafter referred as “NEIH”) welcomed its distinguished guests - Dr. Dirk ENGLISCH, Region Doctor and Mr. Mike Helmbrecht, from the German Embassy in Beijing. The prominent guests were cordially welcomed by Mr. CHEN Changhai, Vice president, Mr. E Fengwen, Vice President and Mr. MA Changcheng, Director of the NEIH Membership Center and International Medical Department and were introduced the experts, equipment, and number of beds of China First Mandarin Medical Industry Group, as well as the development history of the International Medical Department.

两位贵宾参观期间，走访了急诊医学部、体检中心、放射诊断科、检验科、国际医疗部等科室，国际医疗中心翻译兼医助尹星女士全程提供了专业的翻译，各科室负责人各自介绍了本科室的情况，并对其提出的相关问题认真进行了解答。二位贵宾对医院的综合救治能力及现代化、人性化环境设计给予了高度认可。

The guests were provided a detailed tour itinerary and visited the Emergency Department, Physical Examination Center, Laboratory Department, Radiology Diagnosis Department and the International Medical Department. Ms. YIN Xing, Interpreter and Assistant of Doctor, provided real-time interpretation and the department heads introduced each department and answered relevant questions raised by the guests. The guests highly recognized the hospital's comprehensive treatment capabilities and modern, user-friendly environmental design.

During the conversation, both parties further communicated and confirmed on issues related to medical treatment for the German Consulate General in Shenyang and also German and European nationals in Shenyang and in Liaoning Province, opening the door to the medical needs of German and European nationals in Shenyang and in Liaoning Province.
