7月之始，美利坚合众国第248个独立日到来之际，应美国驻沈总领事馆总领事尹晓岚女士的邀请，中一医疗产业集团总裁郭斌派出代表参加庆典并提供医疗保障。

On the occasion of the summer of July, which is also the 248th Independence Day of the United States of America, thus, upon invitation from Consul General Yin Xiaolan (of the U.S. Consulate General Shenyang), MR Guo Bin, the president of ZhongYi Medical Industry, sent representatives with the task of providing the celebration’s healthcare services.

庆典期间，中一医疗产业集团医疗办公室主任于博代表郭斌总裁送上节日祝福，并承诺将竭诚为美国驻沈总领事馆的工作人员及在沈美籍人士提供便捷、高效、优质、专业的诊疗服务。

During the celebration, Yu Bo, director of the Medical Office of ZhongYi Medical Industry, on behalf of the president Guo Bin sent NEIH’s best wishes and promised efficient, effective, and professional healthcare services for the Consulate General’s staff and all U.S. citizens in Shenyang.

在前期准备阶段，中一医疗产业集团会员发展部、商业保险服务部、客户服务部主任马长城同美国驻沈总领事馆工作人员进行了多次沟通，并根据总领事馆的要求，制定了各种应急预案，同时抽调急诊医学部副主任赵智博、影像技术中心主任程志亮、国际医疗部护士长骆宁、国际医疗部医生助理兼主管翻译张岩、贾一依等，组建起一支精干的医疗保障小组，我院还特别调配1台拥有先进医疗设备与充足药品的救护车，为庆典的顺利进行提供全方位的医疗保障。

In preliminary preparation stage, Ma Changcheng, director of the Member Center, Commercial Insurance Service Department and Customer service Department of ZhongYi Medical Industry, communicated extensively with the staff of the Consulate General of the United States in Shenyang for many times. And according to the requirements of the Consulate General various emergency plans were constructed to address any emergencies that may arise. A team of healthcare professionals consisting of Emergency Medicine Department vice chief Zhao Zhibo, Imaging Radiology Department chief Cheng Zhiliang, International Healthcare Department chief nurse Luo Ning, International Healthcare Department physician assistant and supervisor as well as translators Zhang Yan、 Jia Yiyi, was formed to further ensure health at the celebration. For the special occasion, NEIH deployed a highly advanced medical equipment transport vehicle and provided abundant supplies to ensure the safe progression of the celebration.

庆典活动期间，不时有使馆官员、参加庆典的贵宾前来咨询，并对东北国际医院的就诊流程以及医院各科室情况、先进的设备设施、就诊环境等表示出浓厚的兴趣，中一医疗产业集团医疗办公室主任于博及会员发展部、商业保险服务部、客户服务部主任马长城向各位贵宾一一详细解答了相关疑问，还介绍了会员中心及国际医疗部的相关业务情况。

During the event, numerous Consulate General representatives- as well as other attendees- came to consult the team, additionally showed interest in the treatment process of NEIH, the hospital's various departments, advanced equipment and facilities, and the healthcare environment, etc. Medical Office of ZhongYi Medical Industry Director Yu Bo, Member Center, Commercial Insurance Service Department and Customer Service Department Director Ma Changcheng, not only answered the relevant questions to the distinguished guests in detail but also provided a detailed general overview of the Member Center and International Medical Department.

During the event, Consul General Yin Xiaolan expressed gratitude towards the medical services NEIH provided for the U.S. Day of Independence celebration. The two sides had further communication and consultation on the Consulate General staff’s prospective medical service procedure at NEIH, and indicated that they will continue to maintain good cooperative relations in the future.

在会场，美领馆官员Cook,Daniel J先生与我院工作人员进行了热情的交流，他表示在我院的就诊过程非常愉快、高效、便捷，对医生的医术充分认可，以后如有健康需求还会继续选择到我院就医，马主任承诺国际医疗部将一如既往提供令其满意的服务。

During the event, the Consulate Official of the U.S. Consulate General Shenyang MR Cook,Daniel J, who had an enthusiastic exchange with our hospital’s team. He spoke highly of the treatment process in NEIH. He said that was very pleasant, efficient and convenient. And he also expressed tremendous trust in the hospital’s medical capabilities. If he has health needs later, he will continue to choose our hospital. Director Ma Changcheng promised assuring services for him as always in the future.
